Chris ‘Santo’ Cobbson is one of the most exciting and in-demand

Sheppard, Clifford Jarvis, Jean Toussaint, the Ronnie Scott’s Big Band,

Sheila Ferguson, S.E. Rogie, Gasper Lawal, Dick Heckstall-Smith, Jim

Mullen, Ray Gelato, David Newton, Omar, Curtis Stigers, Imelda May,

the Ebony Steel Band, Jay Rayner, and many other artists across a wide

range of musical genres. He is also a prolific composer and arranger.

 

In this captivating project, Chris traces the history of jazz guitar, from its

early roots in Africa to the present day. With a masterful command of

guitar styles from every jazz era, he delivers a performance rich in
