Having fled devastating and dangerous conditions in their own countries, refugees often face hostility and hardship in the countries they hoped to find sanctuary in. The Welsh Refugee Council works to support Asylum seekers and Refugees in Wales to build their lives here. "Welsh Refugee Council is the beginning of the end of the trauma.  It is where the running stops and recovery starts" WRC help people to find a place to stay, work to support themselves, access to English classes, legal advice and so forth.
