Don’t miss a unique performance of new writing
Finding a Voice is a creative writing group, facilitated by writer/performer Liz Pearce. The group first met as part of the Abergavenny Writing Festival. Since then Finding a Voice have continued to meet, working with Liz, using a creative process to stimulate and develop new writing. The group write together and individually, exploring different themes and finding resonance in personal experience and in the world around us.
Our performance piece, In Another’s Shoes is a culmination of this process.

Our readings will cover the following themes: Identity, Performance, Life and Art, Wishes for the Genie, Dramatic Starts (I saw her running out the back door, The Old Lady Wandered Off), Generations, Tea around the World, Regret, Envy, Potbound/Freedom, Friendship and The Pandemic.
