The Tai Chi Qi Gong 18 (Shibashi) Exercises are very easy to learn.  They are all performed from an upright position, using slow, soft flowing actions that are coordinated with the breathing.  This then benefits the relaxation and develops strength, balance, flexibility and concentration

Tai Chi Qi Gong is suitable for all ages.
