Film Screening and Exhibition for ‘The Future Is Us Project’

‘The Future Is Us Project’ was a Monmouthshire Arts based project to empower and listen to young people
between the ages of 10 and 25.  Through engagement and participation, it aimed to give them a platform to
project their views, and posed questions around whether or not their voices are heard.
Do they have a seat at the table?

Culminating in a celebration event on 16th July with dance and drama performances around Abergavenny,
the event was captured on camera and we are delighted to share with you the results!  Click HERE for more!

Every Tuesday and Thursday afternoon, you are invited to view the exhibition in our gallery and share in a
diverse array of media including printing, photography and installation.  Accompanying this, is a looped
screening of the film that documented the project and final event on 16th July in venues around Abergavenny.
The film includes stunning dance performances, artist interviews and messages from the young people who took part.
