Julia grew up in Llantrisant, near Cardiff, and now has returned to South Wales - Abergavenny, after many years away in London and Norway.  She studied a B.A. degree at St Martins School of Art, and a postgraduate diploma at Royal Academy of Arts, Schools, London where she concentrated on composition.  After returning from living in Norway, Julia taught at Chelsea School of Art for 12 years before re-locating to the Brecon Beacons.   -----------------------------------   Living on the edge of the Brecon Beacons is to be on the doorstep of dramatic, wild and sometimes remote nature and the inspiration for [...]
