    Poems of a Space, is the second album from the guitarist Jason Ball and bassist Aidan Thorne. All of the compositions on this album were written, arranged, recorded and mixed by the duo. The concept of the album was to invoke nostalgia, rekindle a memory of a time and/or place. The pieces are engulfed in a fog of guitar ambience and measured 6 string bass textures. As with their previous release, Archwilio’r Traddodiad | Exploring the Tradition, there is an emphasis on experiences within the Welsh landscape.     Supporting people facing mental health challenges, including those affected by PTSD, bereavement, war, and other trauma. FLOW provides a safe and welcoming space where individuals can share their feelings and experiences through poetry, stories, letters, and lyrics. Members are encouraged to read and support one another’s writing, creating a community built on understanding and shared expression. Participation is free through the FLOW website, where contributors can upload their work for others to read and comment on, with some pieces even finding their way into published collections.
