    Continuous - Thursday's 11am - 12pm Tai Chi Qi Gong Beginners Day Time 5 Week Course. Exercises to benefit relaxation and develop strength, balance, flexibility and concentration.

  • Tai Chi

    Monday evenings, 7 - 8pm This practice helps to improve and maintain strength, balance, coordination, flexibility, concentration and breathing. The Li Style Tai Chi is also known as the "Square Yard Short Form" Style, as it's actions can be performed within a small confined area, making it very accessible for all.  In this style, movements are performed slowly, gently and smoothly, immediately helping to improve health and mental wellbeing.
